The perspective changes aren't the reason my pacing is going slower with this one...it's that I can't stop thinking about it while I'm reading. There are so many moments that keep having me spiral into thoughts of what would I do in that world or curiosities of in world mechanics. Not to mention the actual world of immigration/loss of a loved one. Won't be surprised if this wins awards,..
