I went into this one expecting it to be bad, but so far it's even worse than I thought it would be. :/

Feels like the characters are being written badly on purpose.

Art's so bad it's throwing me off. :/

Is goodreads being glitchy for anyone else? If I try to look at my 'read' shelf, it gives me a broken page with elements all in the wrong places. It's been like that for days now.

Claremont wrote another X-men story and I'm having such a good time with it! I loved the original '90s issues with preteen, amnesiac Storm palling around with Gambit, and so far this miniseries really feels like an expansion on those.

I remember enjoying this one a lot as a child. Rereading it now to see if I still like it.

I will say, G.K. Chesterton doesn't hit the same for me as he did once. And the first Aesop story felt like a really random choice.

I'm having a lot of fun reading these. 😌 I always forget how much fun short story comps are until I pick one up again, and then I'm like "yeah, I love these!"

I... I did it. I finally finished it.

Let it be known that this was my third attempt to read this story, and my first time actually reading the whole thing. I'm so glad that third time was finally the charm! And now, I can put this tome behind me (for now).

Dude... I am /so/ ready to be done reading this book. -_-
