Really enjoy the medium pace + focus on the characters interactions

Wasn’t quite sure about the start as it was very gamer-coded but it’s developing into a coming of age story that focuses on a beautiful friendship. So, I keep reading :)))

thought this was gonna be a quick read hence only being a 200 pages book but it’s gotta be the slowest read EVER? Lol. I almost gave up 20 pages in when I asked the internet «what is it with this book???» turns out you’re reading the characters thoughts, there’s not really a clear storyline. I learned to respect the book and now enjoy it much more but still not enough to recommend it.
