[Sunday 9 February]

It is now the 9ht of February & I have three weeks in which to finish my book. Hence this stolen minute—stolen while waiting to go round to the meeting at Adrian's—is the first I have had in wh. to make even this elementary note. I work in 3 hours in the morning: 2 often after tea. Then my head swells & I sleep.

To be lyrical from suffering means to achieve that inner purification in which wounds cease to be mere outer manifestations without deep complications and begin to participate in the essence of your being.

Honestly, this is a perfect public transport book, such a shame I don't have a physical copy of it.

By far, Humanity's Temporal Range and Lascaux Cave Painting was the most interesting review to me, even though I annotated a lot in most of reviews.

Fasten your seatbelt, we're going on a bumpy ride. Seeing Qi Yan being helpless over such harassment makes me want to pat her on the back. I can't wait to see Jingnu's character development as the story goes.

Feeling nervous starting this one not just because it has a total of one million words but I am anticipating how PDL would sway my heart away.

A little fun trivia : Virginia went to Walter Sickert's exhibition back in 1933 and Virginia was delighted by his arts. Shortly after successful dinner and casualties, Virginia wrote a pamphlet about Sickert called 'Walter Sickert: A Conversation'. Sickert even assured Virginia that she was the only person who understood him.

I am starting to see Percival's impact on them. How he absolutely changed trajectory of their lives, esp Neville whomst actually loved him. The changing in personality, their point of view revealed so much.

I was sitting after lunch break and try to open this book I've been meaning to read so long and Hell. I think I couldn't stop. How Harper Lee define world through Scout's eyes; innocent, stubborn, and curious as a child within her age. Also, her relationship between Miss Maudie is adorable. Maybe, this book could be my most favorite read until April 2021.
