I was thinking how this book really reminded me of “Daydreamer” and lo and behold, it’s the same author. Because I feel like these characters are a little recycled, I’m not sure if I’m going to finish or dnf.

The book is descent but I’ve been reading quite a bit of MM lately, and the two main characters are missing some pretty important conversations that one experienced partner would have with an inexperienced partner.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT have written a stupid misunderstanding or breakup. They started on a misunderstanding. It better only be an upward trajectory from here or so help me, I’m taking away a star!

I've never read an entire book that was written from the male perspective. I like it. I also like hoe he keeps talking to the reader; it reminds me of Zach Morris from Saved by the Bell. I just dated myself, huh?
