an eye opener ! attachement comes first before trying to correct any misbehaviour. Connected children are more inclined to listen to the parents , others feel that they are being bossed around and their chance of doing as being told is much less. The desire to listen should be internal. Children feel that they fit in better with their peers as they have got no expectations from them.
