All my life, I felt something was wrong with me. My therapist informed me of my ADHD and helped me get slightly better at managing my overwhelm but I dropped off the journey. While standing in a random bookshop with my friend, this book caught my eye and when I browsed through the first pages and the jacket, I thought it was written about me. So far, I feel so seen, I actually cried lol
