I picked this up at a conference last month. The subject intrigued me, and the endorsements got my attention. Alas, a hundred pages in I was nearly ready to give it up. Then I got to p. 103 and More's letter to John Newton...now the author finally has my attention, and I look forward to the rest of the story. But really, why did she have to start with a hundred pages of tedium?!
