This made the NYT bestseller. Hmm. Standards aren’t what they used to be.

Slow AF. Yeah dnf. Enjoyed one dark window duology so much this one not even close.

This is an excruciating listen and read. Idk if I’ll be able to finish. What this woman endured as a child….unthinkable.

What the hell is this book? The fact that these characters are referring about race as if it’s actually real and not a social construct? Makes me think the author must be a super white person with a privileged background. It’s been proven scientifically that all humans share the same dna. So what are we doing?

Dear lord…getting more tedious by the minute here I thought I was excited to read an adult woman and not a high school drama.
