I would describe this novel as eerily suspenseful. I frequently find myself trying to guess what is going to happen next.

Coriolanus traveled with the tributes in a car seemingly made for animals. When he got to their destination he was put in a monkey cage along with the tributes. The tributes wanted to murder him but decided not to because they were worried about what would happen to their families at home.

Coriolanus met his assigned tribute and they are taking the tributes to the capital to prepare them for interviews. In the original hunger games books I remember the tributes were treated like royalty and transported on a fancy train with lots of food but in this book, they were transported in dirty livestock cars.

The theme of societal inequality is beginning to emerge. The book mentions that both the people in the capital are poor and the people in the districts. They are all starving and fighting to survive in this battle for power.

I found it very interesting when the girl tribute from district 12, Lucy, started singing and dancing on stage. I am not sure why she was doing that but I'm very interested in finding out.

The author gives man details about the status and Coriolanus and his family. Coriolanus gives details about how his seemingly wealthy family might lose their apartment as well as their social status. We start to understand that the upperclassmen at the academy are going to be appointed to mentor the tributes in the Hunger Games.

Coriolanus describes his neighborhood by explaining that at one point the sidewalks were "impassable" and now there are piles of rubble lying around that he thinks are there to remind citizens of the war. He is describing the state of his town after it was destroyed by the war.

In the Fault In Our Stars, Augustus Waters shows indirect characterization by putting the cigarette in his mouth and not lighting it. At first, it seems as though he is reckless and putting himself at risk but he explains that he doesn't light the cigarettes. This shows that he is a highly metaphorical character.

I chose to read The Fault In Our Stars because I have seen the movie and I really enjoyed it.

Edwards came back to school and started talking to bella. She realized that he doesn't hate her and her suspicions were all in her head. She falls in the parking lot and almost gets hit by a car but he stops the car with his hands and pulls her out of the way. She wonders how he possibly made it to her that fast.

Bella is kind of observing the cullen family. Edward was being weird towards her and stopped coming to school. When he came back she became suspicious but realized he was really polite.

The author slowly gives details about what happened to Eric and Graham in Virginia. It leaves me wanting to read more and more to gather all of the facts about what happened.

Ally and Syd are the protaginists. Graham is the antagonist because he disrupted their lives and started all kinds of drama between the girls.

I think Graham has the most power. He is making someone like Syd jealous and act in ways she never has before and is causing the girls to fight.

#1 I think she chose it because the start of the book is calm and happy and things slow start to take a turn for the worse.

Beck finally found Elizabeth but found out her father was the one who commited all of the murders and is turning himself in to the bad guys to save Tyrese's kid.

I woner what will happen to elizabeth

One nurse had to go to a really racist "confederate" part of oklahoma. She was balck and decided to treat them anyway. If I were here I would not. That seems like an unsafe situation.

I read a story about a girl who was an army nurse and had to witness some very serious injuries in the field and was in very dangerous situations. She had trouble finding people that could fully understand her. Especially her husband. She divorced him after 36 years because she realized their paths were very different.

The motif in this book is showing how being a nurse is more than just a job that people on the outside don't understand.

The book is really emotional and adds a lot of realness to what nurses and hospital staff witness everyday

I think Beck will finally get into contact with Elizabeth. He might be in real danger though.

I was surprised by the way that Dr.Beck was able to get away from Eric when he was trying to kidnap him. I am also surprised that he still hasn't been found by the cops.

There are a lot of plot twists and I am at the climax and most stressful part of the book. Beck has a lot of charges against him even though he is very innocent.

David is running from the police and is prgressively getting himself in more trouble. I hope he can get himself out of this siuation without getting caught especially because he didn't muder elizabeth.
