now to finish the rise of kyoshi....

ahh it's picking up which is what I had hoped for. I will say Sanderson does a great job at going from 0 to 100 because the fight at lord ruler's house was fantastic and it was like a flip of a switch! curious to know what's in the lord ruler's room and I'm sure the book is of importance too. onto part 3.

ps. sazed is my favorite character so far! also very curious about eland and what his character possesses!

it's picking up and starting to get good...vin deserves everything and more in life I love her! also have this weird love for saze also he's such a father

picked this book up at my local library after watching the movie and wow the drastic difference between the film and book is big enough that it still keeps me guessing and i’m enjoying this book so far!

however, i will say that so far i noticed that evan is a lot creepier in the book than how he is portrayed in the movie. i’m curious to see how his redemption arc plays out because so far, i am not a fan of him.

amazing book so far. ender is an interesting character, especially for him to be under the age of 10. now of course majority of the characters are children which i’m sure is intentional by the author, but it works out well as it’s to show how the government chooses them young and turns them into militant prodigies. i’m excited to read the end as many say it’s really good with a great twist!

enjoying this much more than i enjoyed the lost hero! it feels nice to have percy back and i think that’s what i prefer cause it’s more familiar to me. also loving frank’s and hazel’s stories. they’re definitely my fave out of the new characters introduced.

enjoying it so far! very curious to see how the new trio handles their first quest.

okay this book is getting sooo good. also despite this book being released in 2016, it has wlw relationships which was really unexpected so i’m enjoying it! the dares are becoming more and more dangerous so i’m nervous to see what’s to come. overall, this book has me hooked!

pretty good so far. really well written and the plot is very intriguing. can tell i’m really going to enjoy this book. also in love with louise and i’ve barely read past chapter 5. hoping her relationship with rosa develops!

i cannot finish this book. i understand that the author is listing the chapters as the title says, a guest list, but it’s all over the place and there is no order. i dislike the male characters. johnno is a 34 year old misogynistic predator who wants to get with jules’ 19 year old sister and will seems like a fake asshole. i don’t like jules either, she has no sympathy for her sister and is very narcissistic.

literally could’ve been finished this book but it’s so hard to get into it 😑 there’s 257 pages and i’ve been reading for 2-3 hours like…

pretty enjoyable so far. chapters 1 and 2 are quite boring but it’s obvious the author was just setting the mood and tone of the book. chapter 3 is hilarious despite what happens to one of the characters after the first dare. i can tell im really going to enjoy this book!
