A bit sad at times but I am enjoying it so far.

The slow burn is so good!

I love Talia Hibbert’s characters so much. I can already tell I am going to love this book.

The way each chapter is now starting with a time stamp as the hours pass, I just know sh*t is about to go down!!

I am trying to brace myself for something major coming- like a death or big betrayal 😐

The dystopian/rebellion elements of this book are reminding me of The Hunger Games-in the best way.

I just have SO many unanswered questions. These characters are truly awful, yet I cannot put this book down.

I do hate Natalie. Is this a simulation…? What’s going on? lol

Off to a very interesting start. I think I hate Natalie, but too early to be sure yet lol

Why is every book these days 400+ pages?! Let’s wrap this shit up already.

Is Raya the stowaway? That is my theory at this point. 👀

Are they dead? What do they mean they can’t get off the train? I have so many questions!

The writing is beautiful and atmospheric though.

I have seen more negative reviews of this book, compared to the first two books in this series, but I have found this one the easiest to fly through so far. The pacing in this book feels more consistent than the pacing in the first two books. There is a lot going on plot-wise in this book though, feels a bit scattered at times.

After the ending of Iron Flame, I just feel stressed!! The dragons are still my favorite characters in the series. 😅😂
