I am missing the feeling how I read the first time Nalini Singh or Iliona Andrews. This is just average... In the middle I just get bored.

At 70%, it was so slow burn that I've just got bored. Up til now, very tightly retelling of the beauty and the beast inclusive all the sisters and father drama. One might think the core of the original story is about how trivial it is how one looks, but of course and unsurprisingly, the beast here is endowed with great body, sadly he have got his face permanently masked (*eyeroll*).

This book disturbed me a lot, hot cold, cold hot, way to much til it doesn't make sense anymore. Beside that I really don't like this world without any bit of women right or courage really. I will read or at least skip to the end of this book but this author is definitively doing nothing for me.
