poems are not that great but I’m listening to canciones de señoras dolidas y despecho because Spanish music hits different when you’re going through it

the dancing scene reminded me so much of the antro scene in Tres metros sobre el cielo (I immediately started listening to La Tormenta de Arena)

I’m watching a telenovela right now, and it was so hard finding a book with similar vibes so this one will do

never thought I would see Peso Pluma, Natanael Cano, and the song El Gordo Trae el Mando in a book playlist

I would also add Te Quería Ver by Alemán y Neton Vega

I really need to stop listening to the people online giving book recommendations … clearly these books aren’t my cup of tea
