How many times is she gonna say but “we are enemies!” Gurl!

Discovered this while I was at work and I think the illustrations are really pretty. A lot of the info I find a little boring. So I’m not sure if I’ll finish it.

I’m struggling to finish this book. The first several chapters I thought were great. I couldn’t put it down. But it has become extremely repetitive, which is a bummer because there’s a lot of aspects of the world building that I like. But it’s getting to the point where I want to skip past parts. I enjoyed the first two books even though I think Cas can be ridiculous. I’m going to try to finish it.

At first this book drew me in. I liked the premise of it. Although I’m not one for dark romance. But honestly it’s not as dark as I thought it would be. But I’m struggling getting through it. Not just the writing style but also the pace of the romance within the book. It’s a short book so I still might try to finish it.

I am about half way through this book but I don’t know if I can finish it. I wanted a vampire book to read this Halloween. I always feel bad when I DNF a book. I was truly excited to read this. But Luna is driving me nuts and I’m not sure if this is for me.

I’m having a hard time getting through this book. I like the supernatural/fantasy elements to it. The fact she can see and speak to ghosts. But I want more back story, like why do they fight all the time? Why are they school enemies?
