This book is awful, but we’re still trying to finish it. So far my rating is 1 star, my teen’s is 2 star. 🫩

A little self-congratulatory and it’s killing me every time she says Shabb-Ohs, but otherwise an interesting and important listen so far.

omg this book is so corny!

Ugh. I hate where this is going.

Tuvia cracks me up: “Would I like, he asks me, a no-caffeine coffee? And would I like oatmilk to go with it? No, Yossi. I’m not a settler and I’m not Oregonian. I would like a real coffee with real milk, from a cow or a goat, if you have.”

Holy shit. How was he only 32 when he wrote this? Incredible

I’m not enamored with this so far. It’s still setting the stage and just feels like an overview of space science up the current day.

Second time I’ve cried reading a book this week.
