I’ve completed the first chapter and let me just say this, K.L. Walther, you have done it again! I’m hooked and I love that part of this book gave off Gilmore girls vibes 😂

I might be finished with this book in a few days bc it’s so good so far!!

totally recommend reading this book via audiobook. Hearing Michelle Obama literally read the text of her life is so amazing!

This is my gitdt nonfiction audiobook I’m listening to (I have read other nonfiction pieces in the past but I wanted to fully listen to a biography this time) and so far I love it!

I try to read at least one nonfiction book a year (if I can) and I have wanted to read Michelle Obama's autobiography for the longest time! So excited to listen to this as my next libby audiobook! :)

We all knew this was going to happen, they all fucking come back I swear! And Miles better not take Petra back, otherwise we are really going to have problems!!

No cause it took me a bit to pick this book back up and what the fuck do you mean that Izzy died in this chapter of her life??? OMG!! No like I am actually crying so much right now because the pain that comes from losing someone close to you is so sad and I truly resonate with this part of the story!

You can really tell I haven't re-read this book in a while because tell me why I didn't remember being so annoyed with Ahn's character in the book? Yeah I did end up watching the movie and yes there might be some clear differences from the book vs the movie but I kinda like them. I can most definitely say I love movie Ahn better than book Ahn haha

Have been making good progress through this audiobook and it’s pretty decent!

I think I’m definitely liking this better than people we meet on vacation but not exactly a 5 star read….maybe a 4 haha 😂

Oh yeah, we are rereading this and I will be seated and watching the entire movie!!

Just listened to the beginning of the audiobook and I am hooked!

So I am going to be starting this whenever the book becomes available to me and here are my predictions:

1). Feyre wakes the fuck up and leaves Tamlin
2). Rhysand is the one to free her from that idiot!
3). Rhysand teaches her to read (please please please!!!)
4). Can Feyre and Rhysand please fall in love?????

I have officially stopped feeling bad for Sloane. I would have felt bad for her if she maybe ended things with Reese before jumping in bed with Ethan…but I just can’t feel bad for someone who cheats. And Reese has every right to block her, feel anger and resentment whenever he sees her, everything. And now Sloane is getting what she deserves by being forced to put up with Ethan again.

SPOILER ALERT:

Ugh I wanted to give this book a 5 stars so bad (and it was headed that direction) up until we hit one of my least favorite tropes in the book…

I love Reese so much for Sloane but why did she have to go cheating on him…with Ethan??? Ugh!! I’m actually a mixture of mad and sad!! Why did she have to cheat? And I also fear we won’t get a true reason behind what Ethan keeps doing to Sloane…

I’m sorry…I am going to soft dnf this book. I’ve struggled for over a couple of months to be able to read this and I think I honestly will pick this up later.

Maybe if I ever get a physical copy of the book I’ll actually be able to finish it.

I am re-reading Sunrise on the Reaping!! And yes, this is going to be the first of two re-reads I will do before the movie comes out in November. Yes, I’m absolutely insane to be re-reading this twice this year.
