so far loving it!! excited about the journey they are undertaking and a few of the annoyances i felt during second third of the prior book are sort of resolved… fitz is sometimes still annoying me LOL but not as often. love dutiful and the fool so much. even liking starling again and can’t wait for more of nettle. swift is obvi just gonna go right to web like idk what fitz was thinking

but i finished the emperor's soul short story!!!! probably one of my favourite short stories i've ever read, such a cool character and a fascinating way of weaving magic into this character's history and life. LURV

omfg it is so good. so amazing. i love it so much. the last two chapters i’ve read have been some of the most enticing and thrilling parts of these books so far… i’m so excited!!!
