Good so far! The writing is paced well, chapters are not too long and I was introduced to this world at a great pace, a lot has happened so far and I already like Clara. I can tell she is my favorite type of FMC, resilient, independent, strong willed, cunning, and special. Curious to see how this develops as I am getting major enemies to lovers trope vibes already. In my mind I’m drawing parallels to Fourth Wing.

Wowww what a good read so far. Very interesting story that’s well written and unexpected twists that keep the plot progressing well.

I’m about halfway through the book and the action has definitely intensified. There are 4 separate parties in search of the treasure but the reader is influenced to support the protagonists. I know there always needs to be an antagonist but sometimes I feel like they don’t need to be made as the most evil person ever to convey the need for such a character type, sometimes a neutral one will do just fine.
