I’m about halfway through the book and the action has definitely intensified. There are 4 separate parties in search of the treasure but the reader is influenced to support the protagonists. I know there always needs to be an antagonist but sometimes I feel like they don’t need to be made as the most evil person ever to convey the need for such a character type, sometimes a neutral one will do just fine.
