Im eager to reach the end of this novel.

the plot is thickening

While the Emperor Sundara Chozla is bed-ridden, Betrayal is on the horizon of the Chozla Empire.

Two supporting pillars of the Empire are about to grab each others throat, reason a beautiful lady.

That alluring lady herself is scheming another dangerous conspiracy.

Slowly --to many readers it may seems too slow, specially to those who are not habituated in reading stories that spanned for multiple volumes-- but steadily the story is progressing .

The Emperor Paranthaka Sundara Chola is ill, and his days are numbered.

This plunges some of the prominent players of the empire to palace politics regarding who is gonna be the new emperor

Still, in the background of this novel. Readers are introduced to some of the influential characters of this novel, {God, those names !!!!!}

Vandiyadevan is on a secret mission where he needs to meet the Emperor of the Chola Dynasty and Aditya's sister.

While staying one night at his friend's place, he stumbles upon a secret meeting, including some very prominent figures of the Chola Dynasty.

Im eagerly waiting to be done with this

not that im expecting something explosive, just want to end it and move on

Slow-paced thriller yet interestingly Im still hooked to it

Still having doubts .............

Very slow till now and slowly but surely (and im FUCKING afraid of it) it's getting boring

Let the journey in the desert begin.......

im having some difficulties reading this novel


coz, it's really hard to keep up with the pace of this novel.

the expedition to hunt down the blood-sucking mysterious predator has just began

1st few chapters hooked me into this novel like a magnet

but right now, im starting to lose my patience, If something interesting doesnt happen pretty soon, maybe im gonna drop it ............

The archaeological quest is finally over-------but wish it continued for --let's say--another 400 pages

having a feeling that the pace of the novel is about to escalate

and im dying for it

The hunt , the chase for a thousands year's lost relics continues


wishing a bit more action, and the journey to be more precarious than it has been till now

Enjoying every words of this novel till now

plot-wise, we are still trying to save out skins from the bad guys without even knowing why the hell they are after us

Along the way little bit of lectures (enjoyable of course) on Myth & Ancient History

im quitting for now

will finish it later on. Now i am gonna start a new novel

feels like i have wasted my time
