Took a bit to get used to a new narrator. Team Ilona Andrews said they were switching things up as the MC's change from Nevada to her sisters. The pace is slower, but I'm being won over.

Diving into my re-read mania that will last a good while, this time around with On the Edge I'm hitting the audio book...so good! Love Renee Raudman. She rocks!

Back in Anna's world to get ready for book four to be released in a couple months!

I love being back in the world of the Sazi and Rachel is an awesome heroine, full of not-gonna-take-anymore-bull sass. Plus, there are cameos all over the place of past favorite heroes and heroines. Love it!!!

Nick is like a young Harry Dresden, bad attitude and temper and all.

I can't wait for book 2, but I needed a refresher. The audio version rocks the planet! Dual narrators and the wonderful storytelling Katie McGarry always give us.

Oh my goodness, Rach finally hit her limit with Nick. I was losing my mind with how much I hated that guy and how wussy her stance was about. He's a weasel. You don't recover from being a weasel. It's in your dang soul. Obviously I'm not a detached reader.

I have all these cheater questions because Rachel stresses me out! I'll be good, but everyone has read this series and they know stuff that can help me out and maybe not scold the witch so much. Gah! A curse is a curse missy!

Pacing myself, might take a bit of time, but it's nice to hop around the Lunar Chronicles world. Plus I just saw a new comic book being put out from Iko's POV. So maybe I won't pace myself.

It took until Chapter 3 I think for Harry to make me laugh and I finally relaxed a little. How the heck is he going to get himself out of the crapfest he's in this time? I need more humor to get through the worrying.

I laughed my butt off listening to this in the car and for the life of me I can't remember the scene. The reason I can't remember? Charlie + Cookie equals total awesomeness!

I want Logan in at least half the scenes. I love Veronica, but come on.

Different narrator, but he's doing a good job. This one has a Harry Potter vibe to me, maybe it's all the new magic.

How is it that I'm still at the beginning but there's no turning back? I'm hooked. Colt and Feb, seriously, you're moving too slow for how slow I'm reading. Where's the insta-love when you need it?

Mettner always gives me characters I want to know in real life.

LOVE this book!

There are books that hit your heart immediately. This is not a self-help, it's a new alternate world you can turn into your real life.

The world building! It's amazing. Reminds me of Nalini Singh's Hunter Guild and Ilona Andrew's Kate Daniels in that I was sucked in completely and terrified! Oh the vampires are freaking scary.

Finally! Respite from dark broody Harry.

Just at the beginning and I'm already crazy about the MC.

I can't wait for Fox Cub to try to escape again. She is amazing!

I like Sawyer's style. As in I'm half in love with him already.
