Hit a brick wall halfway through ... something really infuriating happened that does not sit well with my values ... perhaps this is a cultural thing accepted in Japanese society?
Now I'm drowning in forced niceties and coincidences and it's annoying me to the point of distraction, but I will persevere and try and get to the end! 😆

I was listening to this on Spotify as an audiobook but the last 4 chapters are missing.

I enjoyed this but not as much as the first book in this series.

An extraordinary debut novel, with a fabulous pace, great protagonists and an exhilarating narrative and story.

I don't want it to end!
