Fantastic so far. I am loving this book right now.

So I like Sara J Maas books for a quick, entertaining read and this one fits the bill but oh lord are there a lot of problems that make me laugh. What is it with her and overly possessive and aggressive male characters? Particularly fae? And then the over describing of how “scary” and “powerful” Hunt is every other page (cue me rolling my eyes). Look, I’m just here to solve the murder.

So far it’s gory and violent in a bad way. Not a fan of reading about the violation of the victims
