Now everyone seems to think they have some right to the shop! It’s not Nina’s it’s Sebs! They’re all delusional!

Wow if Maddie said that to me I’d be telling her where to go! Then pointing out that Seb just finds her convenient! She seems to suddenly think she has some right to the shop because she did a few things in there that Nina didn’t even ask her to do and she took it upon herself to do - when it’s not even Nina’s it’s sebs!

So enjoying this so far!

MFC isn’t a likeable person. Shes very naive when it comes to men and doesn’t see obvious red flags only sees the status and clothes.
She ditches her best friend for the guy she’s seeing as soon as he messages to meet up after not hearing from him for days and having already made plans with best friend.
She uses people - neighbour, one-night-stand-doctor.

The mum - doesn’t know why her child doesn’t like her very much. Then goes on to say that shes paying for her colleague tuition and board etc… so emotions blackmail.

Also the MFC using MMC toothbrush without asking him and just be nonchalant about it.

MFC is really badly naive and it’s so cringy to listen to.

I don’t remember half of the stuff that happened in this book from reading g it first time.
Not currently finding it anywhere near the 5 stars I first gave it.
The MFC taking MMC’s car and about to drive off with it when she has no Insurance and has been drinking and smoking…. My whole opinion of her has changed massively.

Little bored tbh and temped to pick up something else for a bit.

It’s dragging, not keeping my attention, not enough angst, not a massive fan of the writing style for MFC. Don’t like the back and forth from current to past tense.
