Unfortunately this one isn’t written very well. The author introduces characters that don’t really pertain to anything. I would start reading about one of the characters thinking it was one of gacy’s victims but then it would turn out the character had nothing to do with anything and wasn’t one of his victims. It’s just kind of sloppy writing in my opinion.
