I’m at the point where Charlie is going through what seems to be his first moral dilemma. He catches his coworker Gimpy stealing from Mr. Donner (his boss) and he is trying to navigate his first ethical struggle!

I love this book, its so interesting

Yay, I’m finally at the part where Charlie is starting to improve in his intelligence. It’s really beautiful to witness, but it’s sad as he slowly recognizes that the people he thought were friends, who he loved and whom he believed loved him were actually bullying him.

Being ignorant is blissful, Charlie was happy at first , but as his knowledge increases, so does his sorrow. :(

i’m in the beginning and I really enjoy the book. Charlie is such a sweet person, he’s very pure and all he wants is to be smart, and it makes me sad that he’s accepted this belief that he’s almost deserving of no friends and even no family love because of the fact that he has a low IQ and isn’t smart.

I love it!! It always takes me a bit to get into a book, and I’m fully invested. I can’t wait until I can continue reading this next period.

Caleb is the sweetest ever, I wish this is how it played out in real life 🥲

Soooo I’m kind of confused right now. They are 17 in college? Is that how they do it in the UK.

Besides that, here are my overall thoughts.
Trey- Cute guy who just has a lot on his mind
Boogs- Is going to cheat
Santi- super sweet and cute
Bebe- Just popular
Blair- Mean girls

Okay, I haven’t even opened this book yet. I hope hope hope that it’s good. I
have a love hate relationship with the last book, and it was getting hard to get through towards the end, so I’m hoping she will redeem herself in this book!

Also, why do the MCs always like the lukewarm guys who only lukewarmingly like them in a very lukewarm way.
He doesn’t like you, he just wants you to like him.
He likes you but not really but he will make you jealous and insecure but then try to act like they don’t care.
WHY DO YOU LIKE HIM AND NOT THE OTHER GUY?!

My best friend always says that she hates love triangles, but I never understood. It seemed like fun to have 2 people who like you.

But omg, I hate love triangles.

Okay I have a love-hate relationship with Cam. Also, with Conrad.

Just started chapter 30. I really like this book, I just wish it was a constant storyline,rather than get going back to age 11 and 14 and telling us about it.

Also, I like how conrad is now. Like I like/hate him.

okay 32 pages later, and i think i get it now.

Now, I like Cam.

I’m confused. Is this book a recollection of past summers? I like the characters a lot. Taylor too.
I just want to see if there’s a plot. I don’t know what’s going on, like is she going back in time? Will she later go on to how it is now??

Also it’s childhood friends to lovers which I love!

My thoughts so far.

Conrad- is kind of boring and weird and he’s really giving Belly mixed signals.. which I don’t like but I do like.

Belly- Reminds me of me

Jeremiah- I like him! I would root for him if he wasn’t the younger brother. He seems like a really fun all around guy.

I love the beach house setting, it just reminds me of coastal towns. So far I’m loving it

The book is really interesting so far, I like how relatable the hair part was

I just finished Eleanor and Park so I have to start Fangirl. I’m hoping that it’s good🙏
