I have found this book to be insightful. Identity Capital has made it easy to conceptualize some of my academic and professional accomplishments that would be meaningful to consider when on the hunt for a new job or networking. The chapter on weak ties being more impactful than our strong relationships is especially useful. I have never thought to use some of my weaker connections to my advantage until this book.

The writing is bad and forced but these characters are crazy as hell. This was almost a DNF but I need to see it through cause of Granville and Madison.
