I’m actually surprised to how much I REALLY like this book compared to the 1st one

ngl I like this WAY better than the first book in terms of plot & chemistry

ngl this book is off to a better start than the 1st, hope I don’t jinx it

reading a chapter when I should be studying😭✋

hopefully this book is better than the first

one thing I hope this book has in the end is women achieving rights ‘cause u can’t bring up how women don’t have rights at least 10 times the entire book and then not show us women achieving right—idc if it’s unrealistic btw, many scenes in this book were unrealistic so at least let me have that😭🙏

not too historically accurate

this book should’ve been advertised as chick-lit rather than romance which is basically only a side plot

i just can’t connect with the FL which isn’t making me as invested

okay im not even 30% in but idk, I don’t really connect with the FL & the ML is kinda giving vibes that he basically only exists to be the FL’s bf

hoping this gets me out of my slump
