Forgot to put this in, but I love to see the whole gang back together 🥹 it’ll take a while to get through but it feels like returning to a cozy favorite show 🤧

kinda fire so far, haven’t gotten much of Marx yet but he seems annoying and stubborn sooo not sure he’s my type of vibe 😬🫩

at first I don’t loveee the book, but once I made sense of the formatting and how the chapters/character stories worked it became so much more enjoyable. The writing is SOO good and describes everything about humans so well. I felt so bad for pencola, the way everyone blamed her for the rape and then she went crazy after getting her blue eyes. I loved also seeing the way that generational trauma felt so inevitable

I’m a tad confused on how all the story lines and events/plots are related, but the prose is beautiful ofc 😪 the way that each characters emotions and experiences are described is so pretty and relatable but I’m having a hard time making sense of all of it as a whole

I love love love the writing and adore the narrator. I wasn’t expecting their friendship to be at all like this, especially towards the end, but it’s so good. Also, I thought this was a standalone book and the ending was so confusing but I guess i gotta read them all now. Super good, Lina actually did grow on my towards the end and I can’t belive Stefano and I don’t like Nino 😫

Soo good, it’s kinda repetitive in a way because it’s always the same feelings of obsession and jealousy but it works with this book. It feels like tensions are slowly building and we’re just waiting to see if their friendship will get better or worse

I hate Lila right now, she just seems straight up mean? Ik the reviews say this is a story about the good and bass of female friendship but it’s just looking like animosity to me 😟 I do love reading about it though it’s and written sooo well it’s crazy

this book was so good omg. Even tho the target audience is younger kids, I feel like this is such a beautiful and important read for everyone. Suki and Della are the perfect example of sisters who love each other endlessly🥺 The way that Della was so effected by every traumatic experience and mood swing and distraction that Suki had was so real and shows the experience of being a sister so accurately

these tween novels about troubled kids are ALWAYS gonna do it for me. this book is so good, it’s so simple and even funny/light hearted but also so sad and emotional. I love love love the relationship between Suki and Della, what a beautiful sister duo🥹

okay so I did like it, the story and characters def got more interesting towards the end but I still feel unsatisfied with a lot of it😭 like why on earth is Alice still with Felix and why does everyone dismiss his psychotic and HORRIBLE personality !?! And the fact that he tried to get with Simon?! But I do actually like Eileen and Alice even tho they’re a tad annoying. Overall a kinda conflicting read

Dare I say too much sex and not enough substance. And too many emails of Alice and Eileen just pondering their existence and God, like we get it you’re interested in theology now what’s the point of the book. It’s interesting but I want more of the good partssss😣

Took me a minute to get back into it but AHHH I’m in love with this series even more🥺 I forgot how likeable Frank and hazel actually are, and I love the world building of the romans and amazons. It was so cool, I feel like a kid again😝

It was gooddd it definitely picked up towards the middle and end. I like the progression of blanche’s character but I feel like my opinion didn’t change much on Stanley so that was a tad disappointing 😩 but it was a good read overall, just not my fav

Simply wow. I like piper wayy more than I did when I was younger and read it the first time and Jason is enjoyable in this book, thought I fear he gets progressively more boring as the books go on. Leo is still a Cutie but a little too childish. I literally cannot wait to reunite with Percy, I just know son of Neptune and mark of Athena are about to eat🤏🏼

Omg this was sooo good. I didn’t think I would like it cuz I thought I hated plays but it was such a quick and addicting read. From the start it’s already so interesting and you can tell something more is gonna happen and then it just escalates and the ending is perfect. Dr. Penner ate with this‼️

Okay ngl the ending was really good and really changed things. I feel like everything came together while still leaving so many new doubts and questions in your head. Just cuz of the ending, 3.5/5

I hate how graphic it is and I feel like so much of the explicit parts are so unnecessary. I would much rather read other books or watch other movies to get the point of capitalism, greed, veganism (to an extent) and corruption across. Also, what is the obsession with the zoo 🫩 enough 🫩 the book is well written and does talk about really important topics it’s just not for me at ALL😖

One of the best books I’ve ever read oh my lord. I hate to say that I was invested the whole time considering this was a TRAGIC story about a refugee’s life but I couldn’t help but be so engaged in Doaa’s story. She was so likable and I felt so bad for her. I honestly gained soo much knowledge and empathy and inspiration from this book. 10/10

SOOOERRR GOOD… thanks again Shajani for buying me a great book🙂‍↕️ I surprisingly rlly rlly enjoyed this book, I didn’t have high expectations for it but it was great. I loved every character (though Claire and reka’s perspectives were kinda hard to get into). I once again learned a lot from this book about history and the author made it so easy to have VIVID imaginations about everything that happens

SOOO GOODDD I adore every character that has been introduced so far and can’t wait to read the other perspectives 😩 so well written and the author creates such a cute atmosphere 🥹

It was rlly well written but I feel like I enjoyed the potential and anticipation of what could possibly happen more than the way everything actually unfolded. I really loved all 3 characters and the discussion about who was right/wrong in a situation but overall I felt kinda let down🥴

So far loving this😩giving me a surprising appreciation for video games and realizing they’re actually rlly cool. The characters are rlly well developed and I’m hoping there’s some romance and some soul crushing events

THIS WAS SOOOOOO GOOD. Her best book by far I feel so emotionally attached to this it literally carried me 🥹 felt like watching a show and I love the discussion around her sexuality and her love for different people

Amazing, I love the way it ended. I love how it shows how complex each character is and their internal dialogue felt so raw, you could actually feel the struggle they each had with themselves. And I love that it doesn’t just focus on how difficult romantic relationships can be but also family/siblings
