Like omg omg omg. I thought this series couldn’t get better and I’m like on the edge of my seat (or bed rather lol) waiting for what’s gonna happen. So many plot twists ngl. But like good plot twists. Oof oof oof. Def gonna finish this book today. And ok, I can defff see how people think this is similar to throne of glass, but I like that. Love throne of glass🙏

Omg really really good. Wanted to find a good romantasy series moment. Reminds me of ToG lowk but still im eating it up! Even considering going back to my DNF series by this author after this one. (Started the Legacy series, and lowk didn’t get into it bc I spoiled the end of it and it wasn’t what I imagined. Now, I’m really liking these characters. And I think these characters r in that series?!)

oh my so good. Literally have stayed up until 6 am two nights in a row reading this. I think I’m going to finish part 2? Then reread part 1 and then read part 3. Even tho that’ll make the book like 280 pages longer I’ve heard it’s worth it????

Oh my gosh. Definitely a heavy, tragic story, but oh my. So well written. I feel so immersed in this universe. Wow wow wow. I didn’t expect to like this book as much as I am. I can’t wait to keep reading wowowowow

i don’t think i’m going to finish this book. i wasn’t really that into the first one in the beginning, and i’m not into this one that much. i was really thinking that i was going to try and push through, for the hype of the series, but i don’t think that i can. i’m sorry to say, but i’m putting this book in my DNF pile😔

it is good, better then the first book in my opinion. i’m trying to finish this book sometime tomorrow because i ordered Throne of Glass, and i really want to start it.

the book is good.. taking me a bit longer to read then usual 😂.
due to booktok, i know abt kaz and inej so i’m just casually waiting haha. after reading the folk of the air books, waiting for one book seems like nothing.

the book is good! i understand it a lot more! i am still trying to figure out the lingo that they use and what it all means, but by reading more, i think i will get the hang of it.

i’m still a bit confused, but stuff is starting to make more sense. i think part of the issue was that i started this book literally right after i finished the cruel prince series, the two books are very different.& when i picked up the book with a fresh mind, it helped. it’s starting off a little slow, but i will read a lot more tomorrow& hopefully understand it more.

I am so so so confused. I am trying my best to push through, many ppl say they like this book- that is my motivation for right now. I also read a review that the first 4 chapters are confusing and then you start to get the hang of it... yolo.
