I started in the middle so page # is wrong.

"The Cat with Two Tails" by Terry Jones (Monty Python member) is a funny and fun very short story.

"Alaska" by John Morressy is ok

I was a little leery that this book would be too childish considering the characters are rodents. Instead, it has had a solid story so far.

I'm enjoying this so far. It has a slow start, so I'm glad I'm now doing an audiobook.

These books are so long

The writing isn't very good so far, but the storyline is keeping my son and I engaged. However, it seems we are not in the car together a lot recently because it is taking us forever to get through this book.

I'm an hour into the audiobook and I am not impressed with the writing.

So far, I'm thinking this is a bad choice for an audiobook. It will be hard to retain the information.

So far, it feels like the book is trying too hard to put in LGTBQ characters. So far there is a transgender character and an asexual character. I know there is a publisher type push to have more LGTBQ characters, but it gets totally out of skew with the general population and now oddly over represented. We'll see if there is a plot purpose to introducing their gender identity or sexuality.

I'm enjoying this book so far. I think if I wasn't familiar with Slavic fairy tales, some references that are not explained would be confusing. Other than that, the story is engrossing, but I am reading it slowly.

Stopped reading when I got a book from hold. It was a hard choice.

Yay, the audiobook is finally out. I've been looking forward to this book.

The best book about the periodic table that I have ever started. It had me laughing out loud several times, which I didn't expect.
