This is such a page-turner! I’m enjoying rereading it.

Putting this short story collection on hold for October since I’m buddy reading This Side of Paradise this month. Hoping to pick it back up in November or December.

I only have a few more days left in which to finish this audiobook from the library and I'm feeling very unmotivated to do so. I've grown to dislike Ernest Hemingway even more than I did before and it doesn't make for enjoyable listening. He's so self-centered and his macho man posturing makes me ill. I don't think I can spend 3 1/2 more hours with him. Hadley, you'll surely be better off without him, girl! 😂

Ernest Hemingway is getting more insufferable as the story goes on. Somehow I am not surprised.
