This is pretty unoriginal especially if you've read any magic realism, but it's a soft, easy, sit in the sun read, even if people are grieving in it. I think I'll commit to finishing it.

Didn't like this at first but I'm determined to finish it because it was highly recommended by a close friend. I both don't read a lot of fantasy or a lot of romance so it's a nice step outside of my comfort zone. The writing isn't great though and it's such a physically huge book that I can't fit in my purse for easy reading. It's an armchair reader, while listening to dark academia ambient music on YouTube.

This isn't my cup of tea, and is super cheesy, but I'm determined to finish it!

I don't read a lot of romances so this was a nice one.
