The premise is good. Normally this would have had me hooked. But something is off? For some reason, the language and style of writing is a bit unusual for me.
Being in will's head is not a nice experience. He has a similar way to my thinking, it's exhausting.
As soon as I get used to the writing and language style I know this will be one of my favs

Finally starting this! To say it was a long time coming is an understatement!!!

Gripping. I thought I'd find it hard to get used to and follow the names, but the story has been well structured and interesting. Didn't lose interest. So good for now!!

Everytime I set on reading a work that's considered "the founder" of a certain genre, I forget that I'm gonna get hit with slurs within the first 3pages
