The premise is good. Normally this would have had me hooked. But something is off? For some reason, the language and style of writing is a bit unusual for me.
Being in will's head is not a nice experience. He has a similar way to my thinking, it's exhausting.

man im gonna be honest this is not the type of book you could fly through. it might not be brutal or as gory as some others in the genre but for some reasons it feels heavy. i might read some others on the side and take this one slowly even though thats not my usual style of reading
