okay i’m screen reading the ebook which always makes me a little less engaged (as compared to an audiobook) so there’s that to consider. but i am vibing with this one a lil less than the first two. tho als im rushing cause of library holds piling up rip lol

while this is not at all what i expected, i’m having a fantastic time omg

i obviously never read the description for this but just knowing the friends that love it and having read priory.. i definitely assumed this was like a classic high fantasy world (ex priory or like middle earth LOL) so that’s MY BAD FOR ASSUMING BAHAHAHAHHAHA but im vibing so far! very curious where this all goes!

i guess the twist makes sense but it was so predictable i kinda thought it wouldn’t actually be that lol

feeling like neutral enjoyment so far lol but it’s engaging enough that i’ve been listening all morning. the characters are intriguing tho im wary of wonshik. i can’t decide if this is a jus lil insta lovey or if he’s suspicious lolllll

it took a little bit but i’m very invested in this plot now! also i love the interludes from the slugs LOL
