The Ones Who Walk Away was a thrilling read. Not one chapter is uneventful. The characterization is magnificent. I must admit, though, that I didn't care for the main characters and simply wanted to see their demise. Literally speaking, the ending was unsatisfying. But I guess it was the most poetic ending for this novel.
