Just had a Bad Decisions Book Club first thing when I woke up - today is packed, I have no time to spare, but did that stop me from reading this for two hours? Nope :)

Most of my reading time is stolen moments while I'm out and about, making it hard to fit physical books in. So I'm trying something new - picking up this book before bed, even if I only end up reading a few pages or a single scene. I'm glad to say I'm really liking this one.

This book was published in '09 and I read and loved it in '12, but never made it far in the series for some reason. Picking it up again and thrilled that it holds up.

Oh no this is a lady sneaking around in pants historical... I don't have a good history with these eep. Might be interesting to think of her has a precursor to Tommy Wynchester, though?

I am getting so much from this book - lovely essays that stretch my thinking, perfect to pick up between other things.

Right book, right time.

Hoping I can make slow but steady progress during my lunch - it's been lovely seeing how many hospital staff take out a bunko-sized book during their break and I want to join the club.
