We need a strong female lead who won’t be putty by just a look of the male lead! Authors, specially female authors, do better!

This book cannot be read as a standalone because it’s way interconnected with the previous stories and it involves too many characters. This story, at least at the begging is not focused on the main characters.

It feels like Kinsey is being difficult for fun. She’s so unreasonable

It’s not Juniors place to tell you things. Just like you keep things to yourself and be doing things to him out of spite, he can decide wether or not to tell you things.

This book has just open door sex at best. Kinsey is complicating things beyond extreme and the way she acts feels forced. This book feels like it’s all over the place

Have some shame Dhalia. Stand your ground and stand up for yourself, just a little bit.

Zara’s wilderness and strength is not that portrayed on the book or I need them to be pointed out to me. I understand she ran away but apart from that, what else? I would have loved to see her being more of a badass, instead we’re left assuming with our imagination

I personally would prefer if there was just a tiny bit of unsureness before they both dived into it. The obsession from Enzo didnt feel like one because we didnt feel the two years he spent pinning over Zara, if you know what
I mean.

We should have gotten more fight, maybe denial from Zara, even if they had sex, but with them now saying “I love you” toneach other, it feels rushed, it falls flat and it just feels like its done as an “I owe the readers” this scene.

I like how he’s bent over wanting her and taking her no matter what. Looking forward to seeing how she will react. I mean it’s getting rid of one prisoner to be married to the next

It really doesn’t make sense that Gigi just wanted to marry Marcus because she doesn’t want to be alone. Let’s add some spice to the story and say she had a secret crush on the guy or something.

I thought Gigi was older than Marcus. It’s not being portrayed that way on the book. I don’t care if it’s to showcase the whole kink situation. If it’s reverse age gap, let it show and be known.

There was no real build up to their relationship. Can’t say I feel anything for the characters.

I feel no chemistry whatsoever between the characters. I will keep reading though because I don’t want to DNF

How do you work in crime and your house can be so easily broken into? And OK, it can be happen but why is Gio turning back just because Catalina said it? Because it’s not only dangerous but reckless. This book makes me want to throw the towel. -_-

Faking a death in the mafia is close to impossible. Well, in the real mafia at least, this books plot twists are unbelievable.

How, after betrayed, you still trust a man? Letting lust over cloud your judgment. This is beyond me.

For once in a book, I want the women to be the badasses one or for the men to be the one going crazy about the females. Getting all and I quote ““I don’t mind.” He sets his hand on my lower back and I feel tingles everywhere.”

You’ve all but met this guy for 5 mins and being in his presence makes you feel at ease. Please.

Also, getting into bed with the guy you feel a shady vibe off, hummm

In the other Mafia books I’ve read, it’s impossible to just live off far away from family because you don’t want to belong in that life. It’s just not believable because your family is dangerous, you can’t just be without protection. Anyone with resources will know you even if using your mothers maiden name.

The age gap is bothering me so much I don’t want to continue reading. It’s a 17 year difference 😭

This book has too many deadpan jokes and dry humor, makes it super cringe

So far so good but why is she giving information so easily after being caught and why has it been so easy for Ryan to find information about her or herself, it’s very unbelievable
