I love that the Damsel needing rescuing isn’t a Damsel. This seems to be in most of this authors books and I’m loving it, and even when she needs rescuing she mostly manages to do it herself. Love it.

I know it’s the characters and not the author, but as a European I’m starting to get a little snarly with the blatant anti Europe thing going on in these books.

There are many many many men who grew up abused in an abusive home and didn’t abuse women. There’s a line you don’t cross and for me he’s crossed it, I’ll keep reading but I’m loathing him so bad right now, his whiney excuses don’t move me at all.

Is there any woman in this story ,besides the h, that’s not cheating, abandoning her child, or is desperate TSTL man hungry ?

Wow that’s sending a shiver down my spine. As a Geriatric care giver I’ve been in the presence of death very often and it always leaves a horrible taste in the back of the throat. It’s the reason I hate throat lozenges.

So what now? He keeps going on about her only ever being with him, she acts like a virgin scared he won’t fit and all that but in the next chapter she’s slept with boyfriend in college and a grad student, and right after that he’s apologizing for being too rough for her FIRST time and she’s not correcting him, either these two are going to have a come to Jesus pretty soon or it’s another confusing hole in the dialog.

Uhh yeah that's soooo romantic? Just checking if I changed genre's somewhere along the line.
And what's with these guys thinking sex is going to happen after they practically kidnapped these women?
