the essay on student-teacher relationships was the most interesting one so far

so far I'm not impressed and it's not that I disagree with her, it's that she doesn't really offer anything new : interesting topics but no original take — almost no opinion at all
why such a high rating?
it might be interesting to people who haven't thought/read about these issues prior,
maybe men readers could enjoy ...

what a weird ass introduction

my problem with this is the same problem I encounter everytime I try to give male authors a chance : they always have to come up with the most sa-romanticizing sex scenes
apart from that this is a good book (not done, my edition is 700+ pages)
