So excited to read this one!! Shane and Ilya are my favorite couple and so excited to get more of them!

It’s awful ironic reading about the bookworm heroine complaining about how annoying she finds the heroine in her book. All the while she’s annoying me with her insistence to live in denial and do one of the things I hate, ie lie to herself constantly. 😤😤😤

Holy emotions! Geez. 2 victims you couldn’t like more, 2 families shattered, Eve being caring/emotional. Damn!

Over halfway, and with the way things are progressing I’m worried I’m gonna get my heart torn out.

First time listening to a book. I’m enjoying it more than I thought. A little hard knowing I could read it faster on my own, but still enjoying it.

Um, kinda saw that coming. This is gonna get rougher.

The feels, oh my god. NR doesn’t usually hit so many damn heart strings. 😭

I don’t think I’ve read a more vile creature than Maybe’s father. The words he spews towards her are despicable, and should never be said to another person, much less his own flesh and blood. Seeing his behavior makes it hard to know that I’ll likely be reading more from him in Rachel’s book.

230 pages into the book, and still no sex! I mean I understand Dominic's intentions, but still! Come on! ;)
