You can already tell that this book is going to destroy me. But oh my goodness is the audiobook reader perfect. There is sort of a dark dreaminess to her voice. Exactly what is needed.

This is so interesting....and bonkers.

Reread after many years. It is still absolutely lovely.

I already tell I'm going to struggle with this audiobook. The female reader is amazing, of the male reader is terrible.

What even is this book?

The audible clearly reader has mispronounced some pretty common words, and it pulls me out of the story every time.

Also, I have a lot of questions about what is happening in the story. It's kind of disjointed. And the hero is hardly in it at all, ways more time spent with his brother.

It is so strange...but the concept behind the book is really interesting and compelling.

This is one of my very favorite Lisa Kleypas novels. I love Winterborne.

Ok, this audiobook has different readers than the rest of the series and I don't think I like it.

I've tried. Again. Romantasy just doesn't do it for me.

Julie Kriss is a rockstar author.

I'm finally giving this a try. Historically I don't enjoy Romantasy, but I'm ready for a change, so here it goes.

So far it's Beauty and the Beast meets Hunger Games plus fairies.

Already better than the other two as it is starting off with Susie doing something.

My biggest issue with this series is that they are not a "club". They are Queen Bee Judith and the others who follow her and make her look smarter.

Absolutely dreadful audio narration. This is moving back to my Want to Read pile.

OMG, you can't make him do a "REAL rehab session" if you aren't a REAL rehab therapist. This makes me so deeply uncomfortable.

Okay I needed some easy supernatural listening today. This seemed like the way to go. But let me tell you I am deeply uncomfortable with anyone pretending to be a medical professional. Yes, I know that it is a dragon shifter and a will of the wisp. But still. Do not give PT and mental health therapy with no training or knowledge on the subject!

I am 100% listening to this because Sam Claflin is the reader.

Audiobook that was available at my library and I needed something today, but I'm already questioning my choice.

Ok, I'm pretty sure this is going to be ridiculous but fun...which is what I need.

Looking for fluff to listen to while I clean bathrooms today. This seems like it will be just that.

I'm not expecting much.

Unless this takes a very unexpected turn in the last 20% I don't understand why more people don't LOVE this book.

It's still AMAZING.

I had read a few....not well written books....recently and needed to remember that quality writing still exists.

Ok, I admit, I watched the movie and am now reading the book.

Everyone is so mean to each other.
I want to DNF it.
I'm going to try to stick it out a bit longer, but I'm not enjoying it. So much anger. 😔
