I am a little surprised that the only version of Winnie-the-Pooh that I have read was a Russian translation. I read it when I was learning Russian and I absolutely loved reading it. This is the first time I have read it in the original English and I was absolutely pleased with the similarities and differences.

I really enjoyed the storytelling. Truthfully I kinda wish they had left the ending with the mystery un-resolved. I like the characters and the back-and-forth storytelling.

Klawde the evil alien warlord cat. Is a fun story where a warlord from the planet lyttyrboks. I got the book mostly because it was cheap and I was looking for something that would be entertaining but simple. I found that I really liked the simple story. I found that I am interested in seeing where the story goes.

An interesting squeal to containment. Equinox picks up instantly where the last book ended but then swerves into the lives and politics of the world fallen into disaster.

I enjoyed the story about as much as the first book but was disappointed that not much was done to develop the characters of the first book. They are mostly used to transition the story in a new direction.
