12/26/21 pub 2016 I’m really enjoying this, but I’ve got eight more books to read in six days, so I’m putting it on hold, for the time being. Irene is a Librarian, where that means she retrieves books from different worlds, universes. 6/11/13 It’s an interesting concept. In the last ten pages I read the authors describe ten year old Trey with Asperger’s who has just lost his mom and his dad needs help: eventually Trey writes a letter to his mom, which becomes a book to be put in his library to help other kids.

I figured it out about 20 pages ago: this is one of those 'new weird' or 'bizarro' genre-ed books.
I'm enjoying it, but I had no clue what was going on with huge swaths of it... Now I may have a clue.
