It is an essential book.

I tore through this book. I ate it up and read the whole thing in one day.

Fabulous beach book for me though I could barely pull myself away to go into the water.

A sweet lovely very useful book. It was a gift in more ways than one.

Rust the Longest Book. Good writer, important topic but some of the chapters went on interminably.

Thank heavens it's over. It's a book I wanted to like but the tone is so smartass, the characters so unlikable and the plot moves like sludge. True I laughed a number of times but the levity wasn't worth the pain of enduring a character who has the worst interests of himself and everyone around him just for the sake of being a nuisance. I'd it hadn't been for a bookclub, I would have tossed it after the first chapter

Thank heavens I'm done. Violent, overwritten, way too long. Loose ends left untied. Interesting bits unfortunately outweighed by sheer verbiage.
