Get to know people instead of needing them.
Be whole, don’t try to fix things externally.
Live and enjoy life, don’t fear it.
Don’t fight your mind, gently disengage. The key is to be quiet and aware of your mind trying to fix everything. Accept.
Thinking is something you are watching the mind do.
Relax and release.
