It was a bit hard to get into at first but about a quarter way in it got so much better! It’s super interesting, funny and I’m actually learning quite a bit from it. A lot of Schopenhauer and quite a bit about being a psychologist especially in group settings. At first not knowing much about group therapy I figured it would be more difficult but actually it’s been really interesting reading about how it works.
