If you're going to have a theme of sexual diseases and the importance of protecting yourself, you shouldn't then have unprotected oral sex without any discussion of disease.

The amount of times they've said "it's hard", "I don't blame you", etc, is super repetitive.

I hate how idiotic these main characters are. And how obvious the author makes it that they are idiots without acting like they are. They keep trusting the wrong people.

I hate that she's so independent that she's acting dumb. Why would she let her roof get so bad that her house floods in the rain? She couldn't accept help until it was an emergency!? I wish this author had written her differently.

Since when do town councils get to decide if a business owner can sell or of an individual can buy the business!?

What world building supports this preposterous idea? If they were on the board of the business, I could see her having to come to them. But to the town council!? Makes no sense.

I'll never understand the gazillion plots with women who won't accept help.

Goodness knows, I would jump on the offer. I might not ask, but once offered, I'll take the help!

I'm so irritated by the constant stupidity of my main characters. Despite the evidence, they keep trusting the wrong people.

I LOVE when my characters start talking honestly to each other. And hear each other out and are so supportive and loving and kind.

Not a fan when a main character notices a side character is attractive. I don't care that he's a hero in another book. He shouldn't register on my main characters in this one!!

The idea that his mom would expect her son to pay for his grandma!? Not cool, lady.

Poor Junioer. She's constantly an afterthought. Like, how dare you!? Ugh.

I'm a little puzzled by how old they are. Sienna seemed like she was in her 30s. But we don't know. It's just that she was married for what seems like a long time.

And Guy seems to be only 25 at most? If he had a daughter who's four that he had in college. Did I read that right?
